Di: I tried to tell him that I wanted to, and he kept pointing out what I said about how it might've been better for us to stay friends. That he'd rather be my friend and nothing less.

Di: Because I told him it'd be better that we stay friends, and I even texted him the other day explaining everything, and things still aren't the same between us.

Di: It doesn't matter anymore. He kind of hates me, so.

Lee: That's how I felt with Cory. When I first started developing feelings for him it scared me because of how close we are. He is one of the only males in my life who knows absolutely everything about me and he doesn't judge me for it. It scared me that I felt this way about him because I didn't want to lose our friendship.

Lee: I know that's how you feel about Chord, but I don't think that will happen with you guys.

Di: He said he wouldn't let it get that way. He told me he knows that we're close enough for him to know it wouldn't. But I have a history of dating friends, breaking up with them, and never speaking to them. Cory's probably the only exception to that, and to be honest, if it wasn't for us having to see each other every day, it'd probably be different.

Di: I don't know, Lee. I've had feelings for him before, I know that. But then he got with Emma, and I ended up getting with Sebastian and Alex and then Cory and then back with Alex, kind of.

Di: What's it mean when you hate seeing somebody in a relationship or flirting with somebody, or hear a rumor about that same person dating somebody?
